Our diets tend to be on the high side for sugar intake which can result in a sugar high followed by a long sugar low.
In the ingredients list of this cereal (see the graphic version) the first line reports sugar (#1; the second line reports sugar (#2), honey (#3) and brown sugar (#4); the fourth line reports sugar (#5), malt (#6) and corn syrup (#7) and honey (#8); and the sixth line reports high fructose (#9), corn syrup (#10), honey (#11) and malt flavoring (#12).
They do include vitamins also and this is better than nothing.
