Welcome to Professor Dow's Website!
Dr. James Dow received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago in 1987 and joined the Finance Department at CSUN in 2002. Before coming to CSUN, he worked as an economist at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve in Washington, D.C. His research interests are in household financial management and the institutional economics of financial structure. His teaching interests include investments and general finance.
