Domestic Violence and Child Custody: Family Court Failings

In celebration of International Women's Day and Women's History Month, join us at the Women's Center for the first in our Brown Bag Series, featuring Dr. Dianne Bartlow. 

Dr. Bartlow is a Professor at CSUN in the Gender & Women's Studies Dept. She received her Ph.D. from UC San Diego in Communication with an emphasis on critical cultural/media studies, gender, race, & discourse, cognition & human interaction. Her research focuses on representations of African-American women in popular music, culture & film, 19th century Black Feminism, pedagogy & diversity, mothering & violence against women.

This exciting event is presented by the Women's Research & Resource Center, and co-sponsored by the Gender & Women's Studies Department & The F Word.

This will be an outdoor event.
