Institute for Community Health and Wellbeing

Wellbeing Wednesday

HWB presents our virtual wellbeing programming with Wellbeing Wednesdays. We offer weekly opportunities for students, staff, faculty, and the San Fernando Valley community to press pause on their busy schedules and engage in an intentional self-care practice. Join in to learn from wellness practitioners on topics such as mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises, self-compassion, nutrition, and more! All programs are free. Please request ADA accommodations for interpretation or closed-captioning 24-hours in advance.

Wednesdays at 12 PM PST via Zoom
