September 17, 2015

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Northridge — The Veterans Resource Center at the University Student Union is hosting “Women to Women,” the first meeting of its bi-weekly discussion group series specifically created for women veteran students at CSUN. The group will meet every other Wednesday beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 23. All women veterans are invited to come network, meet new friends and discuss the topics of their choice.

“The VRC wants to provide an opportunity for women veterans at CSUN to get to know each other and create a community,” said Veterans Resource Center Coordinator, Patrina Croisdale. “This group is focused solely on women veterans and providing them a space right here on campus where they can share their experiences.”

All women veterans are encouraged to attend the first “Women to Women” discussion group on Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 4 to 5 p.m. in the La Crescenta Room of the East Conference Center at the University Student Union. Light refreshments will be served.
