Description: Creating accessible videos ensure that all students, regardless of their abilities can access the content includes captions, a transcript, and audio description. Panopto is a new solution, integrated with Canvas and Zoom, that provides lecture recording, screencasting, video streaming, automated captioning, and video content management software.
Recommended Attendees: Faculty, instructional designers and faculty/instructional support staff.
Learning Objectives:
- Find and use accessibility features within Panopto, Zoom, Canvas Studio, Camtasia, YouTube, or Social Media.
- Video automated captioning features.
- Tips and techniques to create accessible videos.
Note: The accessibility training is for CSUN faculty, staff, student employees, and alumni.
