A faculty Peer Reviewer conducts a short review of a teaching artifact (e.g., syllabus, Canvas course, assignment, class session) for faculty members who are intrinsically interested in gaining formative feedback on how to improve their teaching and relationship with students. A Faculty Peer Reviewer is hired on demand according to the need of a program or specific office requests. The Peer Reviewer has completed both (1) subject matter experience (e.g., successfully completed a relevant FacDev program) or expertise (e.g., has published or presented on the topic) and (2) engaged in a train-the-trainer professional development experience by the FacDev Office leaders.

eLearning graduates who are also knowledgeable about Quality Learning & Teaching (QLT) will review Canvas courses of faculty enrolled in the eLearning Institute and discuss in a debriefing consultation.
