Generation Z (born 1996-present) is entering the workforce at a rapid rate. In 2019, Make It. MSP. and our partners set out to explore and better understand existing research surrounding this population of our future workforce, and to gather anecdotal experiences from our region’s very own Gen Z community.
In this webinar, we will explore an in-depth look of early findings on Gen Z and explore the questions, challenges, and opportunities for solutions that have emerged around five key themes:
- Student Debt
- Communication Styles
- Diversity
- Mission-Driven Work
- Career Pathways
The more we as individuals, organizations, and the Greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul region (MSP) at large understand Gen Z perspectives, the more equipped we can become to connect these young adults to career opportunities and thriving community life.
