Student Engagement: Learn How to Get Engaged
Matador S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Series
The Matador S.U.C.C.E.S.S. (Supporting Unified Campus Conversations to Empower Student Success) Series is a series of ongoing student success lectures and workshops that was launched in Fall 2019. Events in the series encourage campus-wide conversation on current and emerging student success efforts, and highlight best practices across divisions while providing a collaborative framework for adding value to the many efforts underway. All faculty, staff, and students are welcome.
Nominate your Student Success Champions
We want to hear your stories about the CSUN individuals who went out of their way (beyond the typical scope of their positions on campus) to ensure you felt supported on your CSUN journey!
- Staff: CSUN employees that do not teach classes, but play(ed) an important role in supporting your success at CSUN.
- Faculty: CSUN faculty teach a class you have taken that made an impact on your trajectory as a student or future professional.
- Student Assistant/Volunteer: A student who helped you overcome obstacles you faced.
Please submit your nominations no later than noon on Thursday, March 14, 2024!

Student Success Celebration
Date & Time: Thursday, April 11th, 3:00 to 4:30 PM
Description: All CSUN faculty, staff, and students are invited to attend the next event to celebrate all those who contribute to student success at CSUN.
Join us as we review our student success efforts and outcomes for this year. We will also announce this year’s Student Success Champions!
