Student Resources

With the many struggles and inequalities present in our world today, students are especially stressed and traumatized. Those with caregiving duties are struggling without the support of daycare, school, or senior centers for older relatives, and this tends to have disproportionately affected women. The stress that our diverse student body faces in more normal times is greatly heightened. Whatever your lived experience is, you are not alone.

To help address these unwanted experiences, we have provided resources below that are intended to help you explore the various impacts you and or your loved ones might be experiencing, tips and insights into coping strategies, and links to resources that we hope will help you mediate these effects on your well-being.
