FITFest 2022 is a campus event to promote staying positive, staying mindful, and staying fit! CSUN students of ALL abilities over the age of 18 are invited to join us on April 21st from 12:00 to 1:30 pm in the USU Grand Salon.
We will have fitness experts leading a fun and engaging workout session followed by a cool-down of mindfulness practice to get you grounded and calm.
The event is FREE. Each attendee will also receive their own swag bag, which includes a yoga mat, yoga blanket, resistance band, and much more! Scan the QR code on the flyer above to register or RSVP below.
