Join us for 21 Days of Practice for Focus and Freedom

21 Days of Practice for Focus and Freedom is a campus-wide, online program that invites the community to participate in a daily practice for twenty-one days.


21 Days of Practice will run for twenty-one days in April (excluding weekends), from April 1 to April 29, 2022. We meet daily M-F for 60 minutes for a live call, and the recording will be available on Canvas if you can’t meet live.


Simple and effective techniques for focusing and cultivating a sense of wellbeing are taught through a number of evidence-based modalities. Breath-body awareness is key to reducing stress and gaining focus. Twenty-one days is the time it takes to incorporate new patterns and habits.


Joining the program is easy. Send your CSUN ID and email address and we will add you to the program site on Canvas as it becomes available.
