Free telephone and counseling services:

- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Calls and referrals are strictly confidential in accordance with all applicable laws
- Referrals to external counselors; up to three (3) sessions on a per problem basis, per family member

- Language line services (100+ languages)
- TDD available for hearing-impaired
Telephone and face-to-face counseling for:
- Stress, depression, and personal problems
- Balancing work and personal needs
