Use these instructions to access CSUN email after the upgrade to Office 365.
Use these instructions for IMAP and POP3.
Navigate to Account Settings and select the following:
- Server Settings (IMAP)
- Server Name: outlook.office365.com
- Port: 993
- User Name: (your primary email address)
- Connection security: SSL/TLS
- Authentication method: OAuth2
- Server Settings (POP)
- Server Name: outlook.office365.com
- Port: 995
- User Name: (your primary email address)
- Connection security: SSL/TLS
- Authentication method: OAuth2
- Outgoing Server
- Server Name: smtp.office365.com
- Port: 587
- User Name: (your primary email address)
- Connection Security: STARTTLS
- Authentication method: OAuth2
Note: If you are prompted for your credentials, use your primary email address as the username.
