As graduation season commences, a series of smaller ceremonies recognizes communities prior to the big day.

One of the speakers was Carl Vizcarra, about to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. In the fall he’s entering the clinical psychology master’s program at CSU Northridge.
