NORTHRIDGE, Calif.—CSUN Track & Field’s David Phillips, Jr. earned his second Big West Track Athlete of the Week award of the outdoor season on Tuesday, the league office announced. Phillips collected a pair of first-place performances last week during the Matadors’ stay at the Long Beach State Beach Invitational.
