Fall 2024 Grades
- Professors' grades are due no later than Dec. 23. All of your grades should now be available in your CSUN Portal.
- Official transcripts will be available after "end-of-term processing" is completed. Visit Order Transcripts for details.
Do you have a grade of Incomplete?
The last official day of the semester is usually the deadline for students who received a grade of Incomplete in the like term of the previous calendar year to submit course work to complete the class.
- For example, if you requested and received a grade of Incomplete in a fall 2023 course, you must complete the required course work no later than the last day of the fall 2024 semester.
- If you need more time to complete the course work, you must file the Request for Extension of Time to Remove an Incomplete (PDF) before close of business on Dec. 23, 2024.
If you miss the deadline or do not intend to complete the remaining course work to remove the Incomplete, notify Undergraduate Degree Services or Graduate Studies as soon as possible.
