CSUN Human Resources has partnered with Kaiser Permanent to bring you a 4 week online well-being program called Ola.
Ola means “life” in Hawaiian. And what better way to celebrate life than with a virtual tour of the island’s most spectacular natural wonders?
Record daily physical activity with your favorite tracker or on your mobile or desktop device to reveal Hawaii’s famous tourist attractions plus out of the way gems known to locals.
Challenge yourself to completely fill your hibiscus tree with orange, red, and purple flowers in this physical activity program. The more you do the more colorful — and rewarding — your Ola experience.
You’ll record progress by collecting 20 hibiscus blooms – 1 each day, when logging 6,000+ steps during this 4 week program.
You can participate as an individual or form a team. Teams consists of at least 4 participates. As soon as all team members have registered and accepted your invitation, your team is official and ready to go. Prizes will be awarded to the top individual and the top team.
