Cal State faculty union strike settlement starts the year with another labor win

To CFA members, the agreement simply begins to close a gap on wages that has been widening for years. Antonio Gallo, an adjunct faculty lecturer at CSU Northridge and a CFA officer, said the average CSUN lecturer earns about $54,000 while teaching a full load of classes, often five per semester.
