The CSUN Women’s Soccer team suffered a 4-0 defeat against Cal Poly in a Big West matchup. CSUN generated some early chances but couldn’t find the back of the net, while Cal Poly took advantage of turnovers to grab the lead. CSUN goalkeeper Hayden Mauldin made several impressive saves, but Cal Poly managed to score three more goals in the second half. CSUN drops to 1-12-3 overall and 1-4-2 in Big West play, while Cal Poly improves to 7-5-3 overall and 5-1-1 in league action. CSUN will look to bounce back in their next match against UC San Diego.
