Diane received her Bachelor of Art degree in Sociology from Gallaudet College, the world’s only liberal arts college for the deaf. Her diploma was personally signed by President Richard M. Nixon. She also received her MBA from Butler University and another MBA from California State University. Diane taught at California State University Northridge & Deaf Foreigners Occupational Center. She also served in leadership at the Deaf Lutherans of California Organization.
