CSUN Men’s Golf Team Tied for Eighth after First Round of Falcon Invitational

The CSUN men’s golf team tied for eighth place after the first round of the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational at the Eisenhower Blue Golf Course. They posted a 9-over 297, which puts them in a tie with South Dakota. Valparaiso leads the tournament with a 3-under 285. Eirik Thomassen, Felix Schrott, and Antoine Sale are the low scorers for CSUN. Brandon McDonough and Thomas Burou are also contributing to the team’s score. The Matadors will be paired with New Mexico State, Weber State, and Gonzaga for the second round.
