Community college alumni lead the way for the next generation of scholars

Ms. Laura Barroso, Vice Chancellor for Human Resources, attended multiple VCCCD colleges before transferring to Cal State Northridge for her bachelor’s degree in sociology and then to Antioch University in Santa Barbara for her master’s degree in psychology. She then began her career, first for the county of Ventura and then for the college district.
