Mr. Liguori earned a master’s degree in public administration from California State University, Northridge and a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning from the California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. He is also a Certified Planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners. Mr. Liguori and his family are no strangers to the Chino Valley as longtime residents of Chino. He enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors, gardening, camping and backpacking, as well as hiking on the City’s extensive trail system.
