Salamone, who also serves as pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Dixon, has had a lifelong interest in music, which led to gigs singing with the Los Angeles Civic Light Opera, performing in musicals and fronting bands. He has a bachelor’s degree in music from California State University, Northridge.
