After graduating, she was awarded an athletic scholarship to play D1 collegiate women’s soccer at Eastern Washington University. After 2 years at EWU, Anessa transferred to D1 Cal State University Northridge, where she is currently playing soccer and pursuing her BA in Criminology and Justice Studies.
