With Focus on Old Town, Goleta Councilman James Kyriaco Seeks Second Term

Kyriaco, a Santa Barbara High School and Antioch University Santa Barbara alumnus, earned a master’s degree in Public Administration from CSU Northridge. He and his wife, Angie, are 12-year residents of Goleta.
