“I didn’t decide to run for Congress just to replace the current incumbent Brad Sherman,” said Las Vegas-born Rhodes, who graduated from Cal State Northridge with a graduate degree. “I’m running to make a difference in our community and to work hard to pass meaningful legislation that will solve the increase in homelessness, improve our education system and fix our foster care system.”
