In addition to their performing careers, both have made significant contributions in jazz education, with Sunny teaching at Michigan State University, University of Michigan, Western Michigan University, Cal State Northridge and Fullerton College, and Ron recently retiring from a nearly 40-year career on the faculty of Michigan State University.
