James Mackin, 9:15 to 10 a.m. Mackin, Ph.D., was interim associate vice president for faculty affairs at California State University, Northridge from 2019-2020. He also served in provost or acting provost roles at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania (2005-2009), Abu Dhabi University (2009-2013), Kutztown University of Pennsylvania (2013-2014) and SUNY Oneonta (2014-2018)
