Roxan Rivas and Taguchi met in 2019 during their master’s program at Cal State Northridge. Rivas called Taguchi a high-achiever and said she has no doubts the airport manager will be able to reach any goal she sets for herself. Rivas described Taguchi as an ambitious woman who carries herself well and is fully invested in whatever she sets out to do.
