A talented team-builder and non-profit leader, Jimmy Francis joined the RBAC in March, bringing an extensive knowledge of operations, risk management, and aquatics safety into the organization. He has held numerous leadership roles at both the California State University Northridge (CSUN) and The Ohio State University, where he oversaw premier facilities and programs serving large and diverse populations.
