Cal State Northridge was one of only 25 universities nationally chosen to select a student to receive a $2,000 Undergraduate Real Estate Award from the International Council of Shopping Centers Foundation, a leading foundation for the real estate industry and non-profit public charity of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
The award recognizes juniors or seniors enrolled in an undergraduate real estate program who have demonstrated exceptional potential for a career within the real estate industry. Students may use the award for tuition and related expenses and also receive a complimentary ICSC student membership for one year.
This year’s CSUN award winner is John Khamneipur, who balances a top-notch academic performance with his work as a research assistant and tutor.
CSUN was selected based on the number of ICSC student members, academic ranking, strength of real estate program, industry involvement, faculty investment, and real estate clubs and conference participation.
