Hart District Announces Six New Assistant Principals

The William S. Hart Union High School District Governing Board unanimously approved six new assistant principals at Thursday’s special meeting, who have not been assigned to a school yet.

August has also been ASB director and summer school administrative intern. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in biology from Cal State University Northridge (CSUN) and a Master’s Degree in educational administration from CSUN.

Gore has also been a professional development team member, club advisor for Common-Cents, DFY SCV, and Safe School Ambassadors, and a mentor teacher and summer school administrative intern. Gore has a Bachelor’s Degree in biology from CSUN, a Master’s Degree in curriculum and instruction from CSUN, and a Master’s Degree in educational leadership from Western Governors University.

Haring was named West Ranch Teacher of the Year for the 2011/12 school year. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in biology from UC Santa Barbara, a Master’s Degree in curriculum and design from CSUN, and a Master’s Degree in educational administration from CSUN, according to officials.

Hong has developed and facilitated numerous District professional development workshops and she has also been a summer school administrative intern. Hong received a Bachelor’s Degree in English from UC Irvine, a Master’s Degree in English from UC Irvine, and a Master’s Degree in educational administration from CSUN.
