Bianca is a longtime resident of the Santa Clarita Valley. She attended Wiley Canyon Elementary, Placerita Junior High and Hart High School. After graduating from Hart, she attended College of the Canyons and later transferred to California State University, Northridge, where she earned her bachelor's degree in business finance.
