1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease sides and bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with butter and dust with powdered sugar.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together remaining butter and powdered sugar; add eggs and whisk until light and fluffy. Add milk and whisk to combine. Whisk in all-purpose flour, baking powder, lemon zest and cinnamonpowder until combined.
3.Place berries in prepared baking dish and top with batter. Bake until top is golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
