Peachy Pineapple Kale Smoothie

Peach Pineapple Kale Smoothie

Servings 1| Prep Time 5 mins | Total time 5 mins

Ingredients:

1 cup sliced frozen peaches
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 small leaf of de-stemmed kale (about ½ cup, packed)
1¼ cups coconut water

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Mixed Berry Oatmeal Smoothie

Mixed Berry Oatmeal Smoothie

Servings 2 | Prep Time 5 mins | Total time 5 mins

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of old fashioned rolled oats ground to a fine powder
1 T of chia seeds soaked in 2 or 3 tbsp. of water for 10 minutes
1 Cup of mixed berries fresh or frozen
1 Cup of almond milk
1 tbsp. of honey or maple syrup optional
3 tbsp. of Greek yogurt
Handful of ice

Preparation:

  1. Blend everything in a blender till smooth.
  2. Add a little more milk if required.
  3. Adjust for sweetness with honey/syrup.
  4. Garnish with additional berries and serve.

Higouhi's Punch

Ingredients:

8 Strawberries.
3 Lemon slices.
8 Blackberries.
2 Basil leaves. 2 Liters of cold or room temperature water.

Preparation:

Cut the strawberries in half cubes and slice the lemons across from the stem line. Separate a couple of basil leaves and add to cold or room temperature water for 2 hours. Serve and enjoy.
Tips: Distilled or filtered water gives a more essential flavor.

Maro's Bar

Ingredients:

1 Ginger slice.
2 Pineapple cubes.
1 Mint leaf.
2 Blackberries (pressed).
2 Strawberries (pressed).
1 Lemon Slice (squeezed).
1 Orange Slice (squeezed).

Preparation:

Place the cubed fruits and the slices in a 2 liter jug and add cold or room temperature water. squeeze the lemon and orange slices to the mix and add them for extra flavor. Press the berries and add the fruit and the pressing to the water. Allow to rest for 1 - 2 hours . Serve and enjoy.
Tips: Distilled or filtered water gives a more essential flavor.

Ingredients:

1 Lemon slice.
10 Blackberries.
2 Kiwi slices.
1 Mint leaf.
3 Ginger slices.
2 Cucumber slices.
10 Raspberries.
1 Orange slice.
3 Mango slices.
3 Pineapple cubes.
5 Strawberries.

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a 2 liter jug with cold or room temperature water. Let rest for 1 - 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
Tips: Distilled or filtered water gives a more essential flavor.

Orange and Berry Summertime Juice Primary tabs

Ingredients:

2 Pineapple cubes.
4 Orange slices.
1 Blackberry.
1 Strawberry.
1 Ginger slice.
1 Mint leaf.
1 Kiwi slice.

Preparation:

Cut the orange onto slice across from the stemline into slices. Cut a slice of ginger and place all berries and the berries in a 2 liter jug with cold or room temperature water, adding at the end the mint leaf and kiwi slice. Let rest for 1 -2 hours. Serve and enjoy!< br /> Tips: Distilled or filtered water gives a more essential flavor.

 

Sparkling Strawberry Lime Mint Water

Mixed Berry Oatmeal Smoothie

Servings 6 | Prep Time 10 mins | Total time 10 mins

Ingredients:

1 Liter Sparkling water
1 Pint Strawberries, sliced
2 Limes, juiced
1/4 Cup mint leaves

Preparation:

  1. Put sliced strawberries and mint leaves in a pitcher and crush them until the fruit is broken up and the leaves are bruised. Add the juice of two limes.
  2. Add ice to pitcher.
  3. Pour sparkling water over ice.
  4. Garnish glasses with a lime slice and a strawberry (optional).
  5. Chill overnight in the refrigerator for the most flavor, and store in the refrigerator until ready to drink. The fruit will stay fresh in the water for up to 48 hours after being prepared.
