With drive-through transfers, the Big West and similar conferences will basically become minor league feeders. Elijah Harkless of Etiwanda was an improving sophomore at CSUN. Now he’ll be an improving junior at Oklahoma. Maybe Steph Curry would have left Davidson under those rules. Maybe Damian Lillard would have left Weber State.
