This week, we offer our first monthly presentation entitled Music for Healing the Body, Mind and Emotion with presenter and musician Brian Lottman on Tuesday, Feb. 4th, from 12-1 PM in Ed 1214. Brian plays the harmonium, an instrument known for reducing stress and rejuvenating the whole body. Come and listen to this soothing music. Lunch will be included.
As mentioned in last week’s email, we are proud that our COE self-care program will be a featured presentation at the Critical Teaching in Action Conference with the theme “Health, Wellness and Social Justice: Teaching and Practicing Resilience” on Saturday, Feb 15, 2020 from 1:00-2:15PM at Mount Saint Mary’s University (conference cost $20).
