Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the State of California is required to file annual reports with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and furnish a statement to full-time employees with information about the health coverage offered to the employee and their dependent children, using IRS Form 1095-C. CHRS Recruiting is Coming | Summer 2020!
CSUN is part of Wave 3 - the CSU's transition to a comprehensive recruitment & onboarding tool for staff and management.
To help us to attract, hire and onboard talented faculty and staff more efficiently, our university is moving to CHRS Recruiting. This software will help attract talented candidates with a modern interface, and they can apply using a mobile device. For those who are involved in recruitment, hiring or onboarding, this new system will provide you with exciting features to help make the best decisions for your searches, review robust analytics, and report easier with greater data integrity. All CSU campuses will implement CHRS Recruiting – it’s the first piece of the Common Human Resources System (CHRS).
Kickoff began in Fall and we expect to be testing the system in May/June. We will begin to train employees on how to use the system in late Spring/early Summer, with the goal of having the system ready and live for all users by end of July 2020. It will be rolled out by department, and a detailed schedule will be announced.
Until then, check out some of the features CHRS Recruiting can provide:
