Pipkins, who began his college career at Cal State Northridge in 2017-18, averaged 21.4 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists and shot 35.8 percent on 3-pointers for Paris Community College. Moser said Pipkins "has the athleticism to be a great two-way player in the (Missouri) Valley. He's long, competitive, has range from 3 and can finish at the rim."
