The Extended Learning Program (Tseng College) provides an increasingly broad spectrum of educational services to public and private agencies, as well as to a large number of persons who seek advanced educational training to help them increase their occupational competency or to otherwise enrich their lives. Courses and programs include both credit and non-credit instruction and participants do not need to be matriculated students.
