Lottery Education Fund is allocated to the University by the Chancellor’s Office. The purpose of this fund is to supplement current or prospective state-funding for instruction, which enhances the quality of students’ campus life and academic environment. The specific uses of campus-based program funds must be consistent with the policies of the lottery revenue as expressed in law and CSU guidelines and procedures.
