All students admitted into our program agree to the following responsibilities for each year:

- Fellows are expected to attend orientation session in the Fall semester each year, and complete a survey about their participation in the program each year
- Fellows who do not meet the expectations in a given semester are asked to make up the missed engagements in the following semester in order to maintain good standing in the program for continued participation in the following semester
- Maintain an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher (accounting, finance and nursing majors must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher)
*Strongly encouraged: Participate in an internship or in a service learning experience related to your major. A select number of Pathway Fellows would receive pay for a Summer, Fall or Spring internship in their discipline during their Sophomore or Senior year.
