Dear Faculty and Staff,

Welcome back to spring semester and our COE staff and faculty self-care activities! This spring, we continue our theme of “The many ways to meditate and how this can benefit our lives.” Our spring activities will have new and exciting experts and include the topics of meditation and chair yoga at your desk, meditation and breathing to reduce stress especially tailored for educators and staff, and meditation and fractal art as an immersive experience. Please see the complete spring self-care schedule below and watch for future information!

We begin our spring COE self-care activities on Wednesday, January 23rd, from 1:30-2PM in the CTL conference room with our wonderful meditation leader Josh Einhorn. Please note that this is the new time for weekly meditation this semester.
