COE Self-Care Activities Week 2

September 5, 2018

Dear Faculty and Staff,

This week we begin our fall self-care activities with the theme Meditating: the many ways to meditate and how this can benefit our lives. On Wednesday, September 5th, from 1-1:30 PM, in the CTL Conference room, our weekly meditation and chair yoga session will be offered with our wonderful leader, Josh Einhorn.  Feel free to join in for some quiet relaxation time. As always, please look for weekly emails on upcoming self-care activities, and keep checking the website.
