Senior righthander Lindsey Chalmers tossed a complete-game, four-hitter in her 100th career appearance and senior third baseman Stephanie Heyward produced a game high three hits to become just the fourth player in program history to reach 200 for a career as the Cal Poly softball program opened a Saturday doubleheader and three-game series versus CSUN with a 5-2 victory. Cal Poly completed the sweep with a 3-2, come-from-behind win in game No. 2 capped by senior shortstop Chelsea Convissar’s one-out, walk-off single in the bottom of the seventh.
