In subpoena, feds ask NC State for records on Gottfried, Smith Jr., Early

Gottfried coached six seasons at NC State and was named last week as the new head coach at Cal State-Northridge. After State let Gottfried go last spring, he followed Smith to the Mavericks, where he was an assistant coach for the 2017 NBA Summer League team.
