Information Regarding Potential Impact of Change in Academic Schedule
Approval of your request to withdraw from or add classes, either during the current semester or retroactively, may have consequences in other areas of the University. Reducing the number of enrolled units may affect your tuition and other fees, eligibility for financial aid, campus housing and/or international student status. Adding classes may result in additional financial charges.
The Office of Undergraduate Studies and individual Colleges make only academic decisions. These decisions are transmitted to the Office of the Registrar for processing. Notifications may be sent to additional University offices. Before submitting your request for a late change in academic schedule, you are advised to contact relevant offices directly for additional information to ensure you fully understand the impact of your request.
