Former UP player JR Gallarza speaks on issue of foreign student-athletes in UAAP

An online debate was sparked earlier this week when Kobe Paras said awards should be given separately to local players and imports. Paras himself is a foreign student-athlete as a member of the Cal State Northridge Matadors in California.
